1. HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING? We ship all packages through the Belgian Postal services. We do not use parcel delivery companies.
For orders from Belgium you will be charged € 4,50 (for up to 2 bags).
For orders from European countries, shipping costs € 7,5. When you order two bags, you will be charged € 10. | |
2. WHERE DOES THE NAME PEBBLES ON ICE COME FROM?
Well, the name Pebbles On Ice comes from a small Eskimo village. Each year on May 3rd, the Eskimos throw pebbles wrapped in ice at each other. Really! Actually, that was a lie. I am sure no such Eskimo custom exists. Truth is that Pebbles On Ice originated from my imagination. It’s just a darn catchy name that’s all.
3. IS THERE A PEBBLES ON ICE STORE?
Pebbles On Ice bags are sold exclusively on the world wide web. There is as yet no physical store (except in our dreams), but whenever we find the perfect location, we might consider opening our own store. You will be the first to know.
4. HOW COME PEBBLES ON ICE BAGS ARE, EH, CHEAP?
It's an expensive world out there, that's a fact. Some handbags (think Chanel, Vuitton, Hermès) will easily rob you of half your monthly wages.
The moment we started this online store, we set out to only sell handbags that are easy on the pocket and cost less than € 100 a piece. We believe all women should be able to buy a (lovely) bag without feeling guilty over their purchase.
We can offer our bags at lower than average prices because:
* we buy directly from handbag manufacturers.
* we do not sell bags that are made of pricy leather kinds such as python or alligator.
* we do not sell big brand names.
4. DO YOU SHIP TO AMERICA?
We unfortunately ship only to the countries of the European Union. For U.S. customers, shipping costs (incl. duty taxes) would rise too high. However, should you live in the U.S.A. and absolutely covet a bag from Pebbles On Ice, don’t hestitate to send us an e-mail (

5. CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS?
Yes, you are of course free to return products. You have 15 working days to do this (after receiving the product). Please read our conditions of sale (boring but informative) for details.
6. DOES PEBBLES ON ICE OFFER GIFTWRAPPING?
Giftwrapping is not available right now, but we make sure all our packages are “Pebblerized”, i.e. presented in a very stylish way. Order something and you’ll see!
7. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PACKAGE I PAID FOR. WHAT HAPPENED?
If three weeks have passed after you’ve received your confirmation e-mail and nothing has arrived, send us an e-mail:

. We will check the date on which the package has left our offices. If the delay is due to slow postal services, please contact your post office to check what’s happened. Pebbles On Ice can unfortunately not be held responsible for the slow functioning of postal services.
8. DO YOU SUPPLY STORES?
Pebbles On Ice is currently focussing on retail. We do not accept corporate orders. However, we might sometime in the future decide otherwise. So please keep in touch to ask us whether we’ve already changed our minds.
