There is a valid agreement between you as a buyer and Pebbles On Ice (us) as a seller, when we receive a confirmation of your order on the website www.pebblesonice.com. When you place an order, you automatically declare yourself to be older than 18 and responsible for your purchasing activity. Pebbles On Ice retains the right to refuse an order or to subject that order to additional conditions.
Products on offer
All products offered by Pebbles On Ice are depicted and described as accurately as possible on the website www.pebblesonice.com. However, since most products on offer are handmade, we cannot rule out slight variations in size and colour. Pebbles On Ice offers it products as long as stocks last. It is possible that a product that you ordered, is no longer in stock. In this case we will inform you as soon as possible, allowing you to decide to cancel your order. Pebbles On Ice cannot be held responsible for possible damage that might result when a product is no longer in stock.
Prices and VAT
All prices on this website are in euro and are inclusive of VAT. Prices can be changed at any time.
Payment
Customers pay in advance by Visa/Mastercard/Paypal/money transfer. Should you choose to pay by money transfer, your order will be processed as soon as we've received the money in our account. When the payment has not appeared in our account 7 days after the order, the order will be cancelled.
Shipping
Pebbles On Ice uses the Belgian postal services for all shipping. We ship to all European Union countries. Unfortunately, we do not send packages to destinations outside the E.U.
Shipping costs are € 4,50 for a delivery within Belgium (for an order up to two bags). When you buy three bags, € 6 will be added to your order.
For a delivery to another European country than Belgium, € 7,50 is added to your order. When you buy two bags, you will be charged € 10. For three bags or more, shipping costs are € 15.
Delivery
Pebbles On Ice ships its products exclusively to E.U. countries. Do not forget that we do not send products to PO Boxes. Customers are asked to thoroughly check whether the delivery address that they entered on www.pebblesonice.com is the correct one. If the address is wrong, the shipment may not be delivered. Pebbles On Ice can not be held responsible for this. If a product was returned to us and has to be resent to another address, this will result in additional costs for the buyer. Customers will be notified by e-mail as soon as the products are shipped to them. We aim to ship every product that we have in stock within 10 days after the order confirmation. If, due to exceptional circumstances, the products cannot be sent within the aforementioned period of time, the customer will be notified of this by e-mail. The order can then be cancelled without any costs, or a reasonable time of delivery can be agreed upon with the customer.
Pebbles On Ice cannot be held responsible for any delays of the postal services.
Returns
When you receive your package, please check thoroughly whether it is in perfect condition. We advise you not to accept a package with damaged content. In case you should not be satisfied with your purchase (sorry about that), you are free to send your package back within 15 working days after receiving the package. . In order to make it easier for us to refund you, please photocopy your invoice, and send us your account number (including IBAN-number and SWIFT-/BIC-code of your bank). Use the original packing material to send us the package back and stamp it correctly. Thanks! Since Pebbles On Ice is just a tiny company with a small budget, we unfortunately cannot be answerable for your shipping costs. We also cannot accept cash on delivery-packages.

We will refund you the correct amount (minus the shipping costs) within 20 days after we’ve received the return shipment and your account information. Should you ever receive a wrong product, we accept full responsibility for that mistake. You may send us the product back within 15 days after having received it. Please notify us of your return shipment in advance. Just write a short e-mail to: retour@pebblesonice.com. We will then check what went wrong and we will refund you within 20 days. We will also refund the shipping costs (only when you’ve sent us the package through regular mail). Pebbles On Ice can refuse return shipments or can refuse to refund return shipments when:
- the products were damaged by the customer (or by her/his dog, cat, chinchilla, etc)
- the shipment was understamped.
Protection of your privacy
Pebbles On Ice does not provide customer data to third parties. All personal data that you send to us, are only used for internal use by Pebbles On Ice. Our newsletter is only sent to those customers who have agreed on the website Pebbles On Ice to receive the newsletter.

Although we will go to great lengths to solve all technical malfuctions as fast as we can, it nevertheless may happen that our website is unavailable for a short amount of time. We cannot be held responsible for that.
